AN ATYPICAL BIRTHDAY CARD

I found this card in the bookstore at my school last year when I was perusing through the card section for a birthday card for a friend. It is so weird and tacky (and funny because of that) that I couldn't resist getting it for her for her birthday.




I could just imagine the look on her face when she took the card out of the envelope and saw the front and thought, "What the heck?". Little did she know what was waiting for her on the inside.



I am delighted to say that I received this exact card this year for my birthday, and it was a very pleasant and funny surprise because I had forgotten about it.

I think we have found a new tradition.
